How does delivery work?

           All of our packages are shipped with next day delivery. Currently, we dispatch on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £6.50.

            What happens if I miss delivery?

          Our cocktails are fresh, so perishable. Please ensure you’re available for delivery. The courier will send you an email/text with a delivery window. Unfortunately, we can’t be              held responsible for missed deliveries and refunds won’t be issued.

            Can I ship to multiple addresses?

          We can absolutely ship to multiple addresses. Easiest way to process this kind of order is to drop as an email/call us – we’ll sort it.

            Do you ship to NI, ROI and the Highlands?

          Sadly, we don’t ship to NI or ROI at present. The Highlands, yes, in certain cases – i.e. if the courier agrees to it!

            Do you ship abroad?

          Alas, no. We simply can’t guarantee they’ll stay pristine in transit.

           Why are the bottles wet on arrival?

         Fear not! 99% of the time this is just condensation. Before each package leaves our place, they spend some time in a blast freezer to keep ‘em tasty after transit.

           How are the drinks best served?

         If serving within the next 48 hours, turn your fridge thermostat to 5 and place the drinks in there. Serve straight from the fridge with a paper straw (optional!).

         If serving after 72 hours, store in the freezer and then follow step 1. Transfer your drinks to the fridge about 24 hours before service. Try not to serve partly frozen,

         even if they do taste like the most amazing slushie you’ve ever had.

          How long do Bottled Bartender drinks keep?

        We’d recommend no longer than 3-5 days in the fridge. Ensure you turn the Fridge thermostat down to 5. Remember, our cocktails are genuinely fresh,

        so treat them like any other perishable.

        You can also store your drinks in the freezer for 3 months.

         Do I need Ice?

       Not unless you want to. We’ve designed our offering to be as convenient as possible, only requiring chilling.

        Can I Order Now for a Later Date?

      You can specify your preferred delivery date in the order notes at checkout, allowing for some seriously forward-thinking drinking!

        Can I order by phone?

      You’re welcome to call us on 07849304284 if you’d like to chat to a real human. We’d be happy to take your order over the phone.

       Is there a minimum order quantity?

      Yes, 4 drinks is our MOQ per box – with a maximum of 8 drinks per box. So, if ordering more than 8 (requiring 2 boxes), you would have to order at least another 4

      (making for 12 drinks). This cuts down massively on waste – we don’t want to be shipping boxes with only 1 drink in them.

      Do you offer customisation?

      We’ve done everything from custom labels to custom boxes, depending on a client’s needs. Just give us a call and we’ll work it out.
